percoandClaude Sonnet 4.6 34dcf5a035 feat: enable event-based recording for full clip review 
Saves video clips around each detection event (30 days retention,
active objects only). Allows reviewing the car at rest for LPR.

percoandClaude Sonnet 4.6 9aefcb23cf fix: use main stream 1080p for detect to get HD snapshots 
Sub-stream at 640x360 produced low quality snapshots and poor LPR accuracy.
Switched detect to main stream 1920x1080 at 2fps (VAAPI handles decoding).
