PrintVault: direct page navigation + GCode metadata cards

- Clicking a model card now navigates to /printvault-viewer.php (no popup)
- viewer page uses HouseHub header/nav (integrated look)
- GCode metadata displayed as cards: ⏱ time, 🧵 filament, 🔥 nozzle, 🟦 bed
- Two-column layout: Three.js viewer left + metadata sidebar right
- viewer.css: new stylesheet for detail page
- Removed now-unused detail/edit modals from printvault.php
